The Straight Dope on the Team iDemise Leveling Guide

The team Idemise leveling guide has been out on the market for a while now. One of the best ways to assess the quality of a leveling guide is to see whether it's still making sales months after the product launch. I was skeptical about leveling guides at first (how hard can it be to level?), but the Idemise leveling guide has been out for almost 2 years, and is still one of the most popular guides around.

I've tested the guide from 1-70 and I think it offers incredible value for the money. I was able to go from 1 to 70 on a warlock in five days /played -- better than what the other guides are advertising, and with the recent XP nerf from 60-70, you can probably do it even faster. Team Idemise is actually a professional gaming team that is well-known in the World of Warcraft community, the Counter-Strike community, and among players of other games, so when they release a guide, they have a reputation to uphold. When they realized that they were leveling much faster than other players, they decided to write a guide and share their secrets.

Most leveling guides offer roughly the same set of features (although the Idemise guide is fairly unique in offering a quality in-game addon that provides information about each step in the guide). So, what really differentiates one guide from another is the level of quality. I found virtually no typos or errors in the Team Idemise leveling guide, which is a far cry from most of the leveling guides I've reviewed. The format is also very simple and straightforward, and the quest cycling techniques used to reduce the amount of time you spent running around are very well thought out.

Leveling with this guide is a lot of fun, and very efficient. If you'd like to learn more or get the guide, read this Idemise guide review.
